Terms of service.

By using this service, you're sober enough to agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please close this tab and enjoy your day (or night, we don't judge your streaming schedule).

Pika Radio provides several services to enhance your streaming experience:

  Desktop Application. The Pika Radio — YouTube and DJ streamer app for Windows that lets you stream YouTube audio to 3DXChat without hosting your own server.

  Tunnel Service. Secure SSH tunneling that masks your real IP address and provides reliable port forwarding with custom subdomains.

  User Dashboard. Control panel for managing your account, profile, streaming settings, and viewing analytics.

  Profile System. Public profile pages with custom subdomains, guestbook, schedule management, and QR code generation.

  Streaming Analytics. Track your streaming statistics, session history, and listener data.

  Notification System. Receive notifications about profile updates, guestbook entries, and important announcements.

  3DXChat Prelauncher. A free Windows app that clears the 3DXChat cache, starts the game, counts your playtime and warns when an unknown app could read your login token. Cloud sync with a Discord login is optional.

  Keep your account credentials confidential (seriously, don't share your password after a few drinks).

  Use the service only for lawful purposes.

  Don't attempt to hack, disrupt, or otherwise mess with our infrastructure.

  Respect bandwidth and resource limits.

  No spamming or abusing the service.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  Illegal streaming or distribution of copyrighted content.

  Malware distribution or phishing attempts.
• 03
  Denial-of-service attacks or network flooding.
• 04
  Drunk-texting the server at 3 AM (just kidding… but seriously, use the contact form).

  Attempting to access other users' accounts or data.

The 3DXChat Prelauncher is a separate Windows application that clears the 3DXChat cache and starts the official 3DXChat launcher. Its optional Cloud Sync keeps your playtime statistics on every PC where you log in with Discord.

  Optional Feature. Cloud Sync is completely optional. You can use the Prelauncher without syncing any data.

  Playtime Tracking. If you log in with Discord, the Prelauncher syncs your play sessions (start, end, duration) and your total playtime to our servers so your statistics follow you to every PC. Only you and the site administrator can see them; there is no public leaderboard.

  Discord Login. Cloud Sync needs only a Discord login; a sophey.vodka account is not required. If your Discord is linked to an account, the Prelauncher syncs into that account.

  Deleting Data. "Delete cloud data" in the Prelauncher settings removes your synced playtime.

  Token Guard. Token Guard warns when an unknown app could read your 3DXChat login token. It makes such access visible but cannot stop every attack and does not replace antivirus software. It runs locally and sends nothing.

  Data Accuracy. You are responsible for ensuring accurate playtime reporting. We reserve the right to remove suspicious or manipulated data.

We offer optional Discord account linking to enhance certain features:

  Optional Service. Linking your Discord account is completely optional and not required to use our core services.

  Purpose. Discord linking enables features like 3DXChat Prelauncher Cloud Sync and profile enhancements.

  Your Responsibility. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account. We are not liable for any unauthorized access to your Discord account.

  Unlinking. You can unlink your Discord account at any time through your account settings. This will disable Discord-dependent features.

  Data Sharing. When you link Discord, we store your Discord ID, username, and avatar. We do not access your Discord messages or other private data.

Registered users can create public profile pages with various features:

• 01
  Public Profiles. Your profile is accessible at your custom subdomain (e.g., yourname.sophey.vodka) and is publicly visible unless you disable it.

  Guestbook. Visitors can leave public messages on your profile. You are responsible for moderating inappropriate content.

  Schedule. You can publish your streaming schedule. Be mindful of timezone settings and avoid scheduling conflicts.

  QR Codes. We generate QR codes for your profile. Use them responsibly and don't spam them in inappropriate places.

  Donation Links. You can add links to Ko-fi, Patreon, or PayPal.me. We are not responsible for any transactions or disputes related to these third-party services.

  Content Responsibility. You are responsible for all content you publish on your profile, including bio, images, and guestbook entries.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Guest accounts expire after 24 hours automatically. Registered accounts may be banned for abuse. When an account is terminated, all associated data (including profiles, playtime statistics, and guestbook entries) may be deleted.

We're not responsible for your hangover, data loss, connection drops, or any other damages. Use the service "as is" at your own risk. We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime (nobody can, not even your internet provider).

We aim for 99.9% uptime — more reliable than your drinking buddy who says "I'll DD tonight." However, we reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, and occasional downtime for improvements.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
